Weather: Partly cloudy, but turned out to be quite a nice day outside
Andre went for a motorbike ride early morning and Isabella and I continued sewing. She actually started while she was still in bed and only came to our room (shortly after 6am) as she was running out of thread. I think we kept on sewing until around 11am when I only then went to get dressed for the day.
After lunch we spent some time in the garden. Isabella and Andre built a box to drape the net over the strawberries. They're ripening well now and the birds will be coming to help themselves if we don't cover them. Andre also sorted out the drip watering system for the vegetable boxes and green house so (most) of the veggies will be watered automatically now.
After some play time and ice cream in the garden we all went for a bike ride in the forest. Andre's leg is now well enough to be able to join us for cycling. It was today a week ago when he cut it with the bike pedal. It seems to be healing well.
Tomorrow is a bank holiday so we get to have an extra day at home. Haha - I mean not working at home. We have lots of gardening to do, although the green bin is already full as usual so it might as well wait until next weekend.
