The sunny weekend continues: Trilake Country Park

Sunday we went to Trilake Country Park. It was our first time there and this park would actually be very close (3 minutes) to our hopefully soon to be new home.

There are lots of animals to look at, feed and touch. With hand cleaning gel all along the walk way to clean your hands after touching each animal. We saw the hugest ever chickens. I can't remember now what they were called. But they were big. There were ducks of course, goats, sheep, pigs, one alpaca (similar to a llama) and lots of birds- colourful parrots, budgies, and others.

We were wondering if this little guy might be stuck?

There were also lots of very big fish in the lakes. We saw them. And you can go fish there. I suggested Andre might need a different fishing rod, his is for fly fishing only and these are different kinds of fish. But he said these fish are no good for eating so we decided it would be a waste of time then.
