Peterborough bike show

On Saturday we drove about 2 hours north to Peterborough where there was a bike show this weekend.
We were lucky that it was such a sunny day and lucky that we decided to go on Saturday and not Sunday when it rained all day.

There were long queues (lines) at the the entrance. And then when we got to the front the credit card machine was broken (we never have cash with us!) so we had to politely push in front of some people in the line next to ours. They were obviously not very happy. I apologised but was not going to go to the back of that long line.

Little Farryn came along too and was so good all day. She enjoyed all the people and the sunshine. For those who don't know her, she is only 2 weeks old here and the baby of the friends we're staying with at the moment. And the cutest little baby girl!

There were lots of bikes of course

At the BMW stand the guys tried out every bike.

This one made Andre smile :-) 

We all had lunch on the grass.

And then walked around some more and did a little bit of shopping too. I finally found gloves that fit me and they even have a little bit of pink in too. Now I really have all the gear I need, just waiting for the bike now!

And saw some interesting characters...

Definitely a fun day out!
